I make a lot of yummy things but I've never been able to make a great omelet. Yesterday's attempt was pretty much a disaster, as you can see below. Daryl makes really good omelets. I'll just let that be his thing.
I spent all day making (and tasting) creations for tomorrow's Easter dinner at our friends' place. We were in charge of dessert so I'm feeling a little overloaded with sugar right about now. More on that later. I hope everyone has a great holiday.
